On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a pale yellow with a medium white head, some spotty lace.
S: Bready malt with a hint of sourdough, some noble hopping. Fairly standard.
T: A hint more sweetness than many off this style. Floral, lightly herbal hops, a nice balance in this pale lager.
M: Crisp, clean with a nice attack of carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking.
T: Certainly a well made lighter lager. Strange to see Monkish doing a beer that doesn't have something crazy going on, but it's clear they can do this style well.
