Says 'hoppy blonde' on the label. Nice hiss upon opening, and great carbonation with a thick white lasting head. Golden yellow in color. There is Brett in this for sure. I don't know if they intended on it being there or not, but it's working to an advantage here. It's got all the good qualities of a Brett IPA - fruit forward hops, backed by the leathery, horsey, funky signature Brett characteristics. Some lychee fruit, berry and a bit of band-aid on the back end. Was expecting just another 'meh' blonde, but was pleasantly surprised when I got an IPA with some complex Brett flavors!

This is the session IPA. Had it at their Wine and Beer festival in 2015 on tap. Nice color, fresh but not balanced - bitter without any other character
