330ml served in a Hoegaarden Thumbler.
A Witbier brewed with raspberry juice during Fall period to be consumed at early winter.
A: Pours a cloudy rose color forming a medium light rose head. Medium retention with a thin layer that lasts forever. Few spotty lacings left in the glass
S: Light notes of Raspberry juice, sweet malts, wheat and yeasts
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Light notes of raspberry juice. Wheat. A bit metallic sensation. Practically no bitterness
M: Light body but quite smooth. Medium to low carbonation. Mild raspberry juice aftertaste
O: A drinkable but easily forgettable beer
