Subtle apple and boozy brandy, fairly sweet, in aroma. Woody and deep caramel character.
Flavor reveals a bit of apple tartness, which counters the sweet, caramelly malt nicely. Rich dark fruits add complexity. Lots of alcohol heat. There's a bit of bitterness in the finish.
