Third Coast Old Ale aged for 2 years in spent Black Note barrels.
Enjoyed on tap at the Eccentric Cafe.
A- Deep reddish brown with a medium amount of haze and wisps of slightly off white head.
S- Toffee, oak, and vanilla.
T- Similar to aroma, mostly getting big notes of toffee and oak with some vanilla and a bit of hop bitterness on the end.
M- Lighter side of heavy, not syrupy.
O- I really like pretty much all of the TCOA variants I've had and this is one of the best ones.
