Having this on-tap at the Tremont Taphouse the second day of the 10th annual Cleveland Beer Week at the Tremont Taphouse’s annual Bell’s Ruins Beer Week Tap takeover event. This beer draws a pretty clear, light to medium amber color with a white head that settles to a thick white ring lining the inside of the glass. Not much lacing sadly. Aromas of some bready malts, yeasty fruit esteres, and some spice notes. The taste is pretty much the same, with bready malts with some caramel sweetness and some fruit notes of figs and dates along with just a bit of spice. Has a fairly crisp, also smooth and frothy, medium to full bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish. Easy to drink the good way beer of this style ought to be.

Had on tap at the Eccentric Cafe ( so still brewing).
Pretty Looks in a tulip with enough lace and an orange-amber.
Smells mostly of malt, but some citrus is in there... probably hops and yeast at work.
Tastes introduce some nice spicing that gives a nice tang that finishes crisp and dry.
Larry's (Bells) Belgian is from an early American crafter. Despite being famous for their interpretation of the British tradition, Larry's proves that excellence in one tradition can pave the way for high quality in another. Bells does a very good job with everything but the uniqueness of Belgian yeast. I hope they work on that.
