A-Brilliant greenish tinted golden yellow. A thin bright white ring left no lace.
S-Fresh, tart green apple and a bit of a spicy hop kick.
T-Somewhat sweet initially but this is quickly countered by a tart green apples punch. Finishes quite dry and astringent. Only the slightest hint of biscuity malt in the background.
M-Light bodied and crisp. The beer eqal to cider...if it isnt more cider that beer already!
D-Delicious! This one is a winner! About as good as any cider as I have had. Tart, mildly sweet with a light, crisp, dry finish.
