12oz can. Poured out a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a fizzy, white head of foam. It left thin lacing. It smelled of lemonade, wheat and caramel. Sweet lemonade taste with a punch of tartness.

I live in Kalamazoo, and have been drinking Bells Beer since the early 1990's. Yep, that was approximately 35 years ago! Larry sold in late 2021 to Lion beverages which is the New Belgium parent company. Since then (it's been almost 3 years) my view is that Bells has kinda sold out. I think I could do better artwork than what's on the new cans (the Porter looks like it came off a department store towel), and apparently all they can do is tweak Two Hearted (with no brain names like Big Hearted, Hazy Hearted, Big Hearted, Cold Hearted, and (dumbass) Light Hearted. Now they have come out with Oberon Sunshine which is a shandy. What the Hell?... Are we turning into Leinenkugels? (sorry did not mean anything, but..). This tastes like a golden type ale with lemon flavoring. Oooh! so tasty! Seriously, very plain non-beer like. Me-thinks a woman (or a beer hater) came up with this idea. We do still have some great beers, but if Oberon (which may be overrated) Sunshine is any indication, Bells is taking a nosedive. Oh ya...this goes for all the flavors.

Pours slightly cloudy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates immediately, no lacing. Aroma is faint lemon. Flavor follows, basic lemonade. Feel is light and low in carbonation. Overall, meh.
