Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled.
Cloudy in appearance, with an apricot orange color. Off white head. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma of wheat malt, apricot. And cherry.
Taste is honey sweet and tangy from wheat mat. Fruit flavors of apricot and cherry, and baking spice - allspice. The apricot flavor is very authentic, withe sour cherry arriving late. Very long duration aftertaste, with the baking spice the top flavor at the end.
Medium mouthfeel. Slightly sticky, but end is spicy dry. Good carbonation.
Quite a blend of tangy, sweet, sour fruit, and spicy flavors.
