330 ml bottle, Bonobo, Alicante - Pours hazy orange with a medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - Fruity front - raspberry, light yeasty notes. Taste - Fruity start - raspberry, yeasty feel, crisp light bitter finish. Refreshing but fruit feel overpowers saison notes.

A- Ok, this one pours a super yeast infused, cloudy raspberry red color with a purely white colored head that isn't overly thick to begin with but it doesn't ever really disappear either. The lacing is quite modest at the same time and carbonation appears to be plentiful yet reasonably fine in appearance.

S- My first impression is raspberry yogurt.....tart berry fruit but with a super creamy texture that reminds me of cream. My friend says it smells like baked raspberry pie, which I can get hints of as well I suppose....more of a rich flaky crust. Malt sweetness helps round this out, with plenty of yeast richness to keep it smelly dessert like. Awesome!

T- Plenty of fresh ripe raspberry flavor...it's a nice natural taste that reminds me of fresh pressed berries. Perhaps other assorted fruits are present, like strawberry and blueberry richness, yeast, cream, slightly spiced grains and even a little bit of Belgian funky wildness. The finish is tart, clean and slightly bitter. A nice easy rounded flavor profile!

M/O- Light/medium bodied overall and fairly smooth carbonation, this is a highly drinkable Saison that would make a great summer refresher! I like the fruitiness and lack of booziness present. I would seek this one out again and recommend it! Nice beer from the land of Espanol!!

I'll admit up front that I don't like fruit in my beer, and raspberry is one of the last things that I'd want in it.
That said, this wasn't half bad. It was yeasty, overcarbonated, and too fruity, yet somehow the combination was drinkable.

Day 7 from the 2016 Craft Beer advent calendar. Was excited about this one when I saw it as I've enjoyed Raspberry ales in the past. Might have factored into the rating as it was not quite what I expected.

Hazy off rose in colour with a 1 inch head settles to a nice film on top

Strong fruity aroma of ripe raspberries with a weaker citrus malt

Sour Raspberry taste hits fast followed by a bitter spicy hops up the back.

Sharp carbonation bites with a moment of bitterness in the aftertaste

Enjoyable but the bite and sounds is more of what I’d enjoy from a more citrus of grapefruit ale. Unique and good presentation but would not go out of my way for it again.

330ml bottle, day 7 of the 2016 Craft BeerAdvent calendar - a new brewery for me, and a Spanish one at that.

This beer pours a hazy, medium salmon-tinged amber colour, with a teeming tower of puffy, finely foamy, and creamy off-white head, which leaves some rocky promontory lace around the glass as it quickly falls away.

It smells of pungent fresh raspberries, grainy and doughy pale malt, a bit of earthy yeastiness, some further muddled citrus fruitiness, ephemeral spice (coriander maybe?), and a bit of leafy and floral green hop bitters. The taste is raspberry cream, gritty and bready pale and caramel malt, extant yeast, some white pepper and coriander spice, candied orange, a very mild funkiness, and more plain leafy, weedy, and floral hoppiness.

The carbonation is fairly active in its frolicking frothiness, the body a decent middleweight, and mostly smooth, the particular nature of the raspberries no cause for concern here. It finishes off-dry, the malt and waning berry fruitiness keeping it tight.

Overall, this is a very pleasant and engaging fruit beer to be having in the midst of a -20 degree cold spell - it's like all summery up in here! Great raspberry flavours abound, and with a nice rustic Saison providing some solid backup duty. I don't say this often for either fruit beers or Saisons, but, yeah, I'd have this one again.

From XXXII. In Teku glass. After dinner. The acid of the raspberry makes me dislike it much more than the strawberry version, which only was flat. Avg 1.8

28 Oct 2017. From Bierkraft. In Teku glass. At lunch, with omelette + yellow fish. After futsal match. Both of its aspects are very mild, the funky saison notes and the raspberries, making it a brew that isnt unpleasant but that passes unnoticed
