750 mL bottle. Quiet cork pop, but has some carbonation. Orange body that is a little hazy. Smells of cheesy funk, bright fruitiness, and oak. Tastes of citrus with a very light sourness. Drops off quickly, leaving lemon and oak in the finish. Low carbonation and fairly light in body. Good.

Brassy gold, thin foam, moldy aroma. Musty and cidery aroma, apple and crabapple, soft and not especially complex. Tart apple and lemon, soft carb, medium bodied. Oxidized white wine, mealy red delicious apples. Not the greatest, didn’t age especially well either. Seems like De Troch had better to offer with the retired Lambicx series. Thanks to Aaron for the assist!

White head that fades away. Golden color. Clear.
Red apple skins, lots of Brett funk and oak, and wet hay. Has a bitter/herbal finish. Very fun to try! I will be laying my other bottles down for some years to see what happens.
