Copenhagen 24/6 2018. 25 cl bottle from Vinbørsen, Nordre Frihavnsgade, Kbh Ø. Pale yellow label with a couple of hops, a logo with a bird head and small logos telling me that the beer is bio-dynamic and Gluten Free.
Pours slightly hazy yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as a solid 1 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is tart and lemonade-like. Citrus, stuffy refrigerator, black pepper and fresh unripe berries.
Medium strong carbonation providing a prickly mouth sensation. Thin, watery texture with a soft touch.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is distinctly bitter. Lingering.
A light Belgian with fine bitter touch.

Straw yellow colour, slightly hazy. White, finely bubbled, tall, persistent foam.
Aroma pleasantly sweet, malty, floral, fruity but also gently cellar-like.
Taste sweet, slightly sour with a counterbalance of hoppy bitterness.
Medium saturation. Medium body. Smooth texture. Medium-long dry aftertaste.

Pours a hazy golden color with a medium top of white head that dissolves slowly.
Aroma is apples, apricot, pears, biscuits and floral hops.
The flavour is dry with fruity notes, and some light biscuity malt tones in the back before finishing with some grassy and herbal hop notes. Leaves a decent aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is smooth and clean with a medium carbonation and a medium body.
An absolutely decent version of a blonde.

250 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Pours fizzy, crystal clear and very pale yellow colour, moderate but shortlived white head. Sweetish aroma of grass, malts and cookie dough. Fizzy mouthfeel, unpleasant. The flavour has notes of yeast, grass, some fruit and mild spices, some bittering hops in the aftertaste. Not something I’ll buy again.

Golden with little carbonation, clear, except near the end, when a yeast bomb was left floating near the surface. Topped with 4 fingers of yellowish head.
Smells of phenols, canned pears, peaches, and coriander.
The taste follows the nose with the addition of sweetness, and stronger than expected phenolic qualities.
Slightly thick, glassy body, with a little carbonation.
Got in Chiang Mai, where I am drinking it Oct 31st, 2017. A fair brew for the style.
