Unfiltered blond ale that has its own style between a strong White and a Saison. Fresh, lively character, slightly sour and bitter, subtle hoppy aromas. Dry hopped.

Copenhagen 22/4 2017. 75 cl bottle from Kvickly in Middelfart. Very simple label. The name of the beer and two hops. That’s it.
Pours hazy pale yellow with bubbly yet dense white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
The aroma is of spring. Tart, unripe berries, citrus and a little spicy.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet and only slightly more sour and bitter. Kind of surprising when you compare it to the aroma. Lightly sour aftertaste which only stays with you for a short time.
Refreshing and solid Saison.
