Curiosity 8 is Double IPA and nothing short of a peach juice bomb! Sitting atop it’s sweet nectar aromas are notes of lemon and grapefruit peel. Plans were made, floors were cut and suddenly as if it was always waiting behind an unmarked door, our home changed its shape and sound into a new name, Monson.

Pours a very hazy orange color with a creamy white head that provides loads of splotchy lacing. The nose features mango, lemon, grapefruit, and guava aromas, which point to a juicy delight.
The taste is indeed delightful, with mango, lemon, and grapefruit flavors quite delicious, but the star is the guava, which lends an exotic tropical note to this big hazy that wasn’t expected, but very welcome.
The mouthfeel is full and edges towards creamy, as expected with TH hazies. So glad I could try this.
