Our curiosity continues…. Twelve continues the exploration of different hop combinations, grain blends, and process tweaks to arrive at something that is sometimes planned and sometimes completely surprising. For this blend, we added a healthy dose of Munich to the grist to support massive additions of Amarillo, Warrior, Citra, and Mosaic. Twelve is ridiculously hop saturated, and as it warms it reveals juicy complexities balanced by a pungent dankness. Wholly unique and original... Our curiosity continues...!

A really nice double from treehouse, my first. I would say, even being a big hop head myself, this beer was very aggressive. Bitterness, resin, and fruit were all in your face;nothing subtle about this beer.

Very tastey though.

This beer is exceptional, one of the best of the curiosity series overall. I have had the pleasure of sampling C-11, C-12 and C-13 together and this is the clear winner. It's Citrus, Clementine smell of hops hits you right away. The color is on the light orange hazy size. Head is nice an foamy but dies back quickly lacing the side of your glass, use a Tulip glass if you have one. Like all Treehouse beers it is super cloudy but this must be the secret to the Treehouse flavor, wheat? flaked oats? what is it???. It's one of the best Treehouse offerings I've ever had, I hope they can turn this is into 1st class citizen and give it a unique name, it's a real winner.
