The 26th installment of our Curiosity Series is an American Pale Ale featuring primarily El Dorado with a splash of Citra hops! Curiosity 26 is built on a sturdy malt base of 2-row, carafoam, and medium crystal providing a deep orange hue and a solid backbone to a supremely hop saturated pale ale! The aroma is potent and citrusy, leading our palates to flavors of orange, mango, and a mixed bouquet tropical fruit. The finish dissolves in a soft mouthfeel and rounded pithy bitterness, vanishing quickly from the pallet and priming the next sip. A real crusher of a Curiosity, indeed!

16oz can in a nonic.
Golden orange glow, hazy, 1F white cap with good retention and lacing. Good looking.
Bready pale malt aroma under herbal and fresh fruit hops, tropical and orange citrus. Inviting aroma.
Very dry bread flavor. Not a gram of sugar in sight until it warms some, then slightly sweet. A flash of hop flavors akin to the aroma.
Med-heavy body. Clean, dry, and bready. Dry hop finish.
Good, but not the smoothest drinking APA.

Holy crap what a pale. Typical haze, but a darker amber pour than the typical IPAs. Great hop aroma and flavor. Not overpowering, but very well balanced.
