Enjoyed at the 4th Anniversary party.

A - Poured into a tulip a nice hazy golden straw hue with a one finger head that fades to leave nice lacing and a thin blanket.

S - Aromas of target nice funky yeast, super delicate, light light lemons, light grassy hops. Very impressive.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, the funk is nice and subtle, good light lemon, soft funk, really pleasant grassy notes. Very tasty.

M - Mouthfeel is wonderfully carbonated. Tart, soft carbonation, very well done.

O - Overall this was a very impressive beer from Tree House. Nothing overpowers, great balance of yeast and hops.

Nice creamy foamy head, good lacing, hazy blond lemon color.

Nose nice tart funk, bacteria sour, Brett funk, blond malts, big earthy cheesy funk, touch grassy hop and grassy malt, lemon citrus.

Taste brings nice sour funk, tart citrus lemony funk, nice acidity isn't too big, mild toasted blond malts, grainy, touch straw, nice grassy hop comes through, mild earthy funk, faint Brett and little souring funk. Finish dry little tart no flemmy very little acidity lingering, little lemon citrus.

Mouth is med bod, just a little acidity, nice carb, not flemmy.

Overall pretty nice, good blend of sour funk and grassy hops.
