The beer comes in a deep black color with tons of coating on the glass your swirl.
The aroma with huge vanilla, sweet chocolate, vanilla, intense brown sugar, caramel.
The flavor offers a bite of bourbon with lots of sweetness, vanilla. The beer is a touch hot with the beer trying to fight through the barrel character. Medium plus to full mouthfeel. Onto vanilla extract and tons of oak on this brew.

Enjoyed at the Anniversary party.
A - Poured into a tulip a nice dark brown hue with a thin head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Aromas of nice rich bourbon, chocolate, nice vanilla. Nice barrel notes. Vanilla is more prominent that
T - Taste is similar to the nose, loads of bourbon juice, nice sweeter bourbon, good chocolate characteristics. Faint oak, nice light roast, alcohol hidden well. Vanilla is nice but not overpowering.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, creamy, alcohol hidden well. As it warms the booze heat comes out.
O - Overall this was a solid beer, the lengthier time in barrels with vanilla was nice and really helped this out.
