Curiosity Forty Seven is a straightforward mash up of two beers: Bright w/Citra & Bright w/Galaxy. This time, the recipes were blended during the brewing process utilizing copious doses of Galaxy and Citra in both the kettle and the dry hop. The result is a beer that is greater than the sum of its parts! We find supple notes of tangerine and peach from the Citra balanced by an underripe pineapple and lemon-lime notes from the Galaxy. It is crisp, clean, refreshing, and absolutely loaded with pure hop flavor. This is just the beer we want to enjoy next to the river or after a long and rejuvenating hike in the woods.

Pours a great foam that builds nicely. Hazy particles and clouds in beer that seemed to blend together. Smell is smooth and simple. Taste is sweet and mild with a strong punch on the aftertaste. Feels very sweet overall but refreshing at first. Great brew overall, very pleasant and smooth.
