Enjoyed at the Sixth Anniversary Party.
A - Poured into an anniversary teku a nice hazy golden hue with a thin head that fades quickly to leave no real lacing and thin wisps.
S - Aromas of earthy subtly musty pine, big tangerine peel and nice juice. Really oily.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice bright tangerines, big big malt and bread/yeast notes. Large pop of mosaic and pine. Finish is very soft and not overly bitter.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, creamy, very nice body.
O - Overall this was a rather solid rendition of Eureka. While I'm not a huge fan of the hops the tangerine is just wonderful!
