Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured into a standard tulip a nice super hazy golden hue with a creamy one finger head that faded to leave light lacing and a nice foamy halo and blanket.
S - Aromas of big, slightly sweet guava paste. Incredibly fruity and tropical. Fresh guava as well. Very little grapefruit or citrus. Really assertive tropical fruit, hardly any malts. Peach pops nicely though is a bit overpowered by the guava.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, enormous amount of guava paste and tropical flavors. Flash of booze detectable. Nice citrus hop notes, fleshy fruit, grapefruit. Finish is nice malt and some very light bitterness. The peach comes out some but is a little lost. Almost a vanilla note in the finish as all.
M - Mouthfeel is really nice, lightly carbonated, alcohol hidden well.
O - Overall this beer was pretty good, however, not my favourite fruited hop offering from them as I think the peach is a bit overpowered by the guava. Still quite good though!
