To create SS Bananas, we added a pile of over ripe pureed bananas to the base of our chocolate and vanilla coffee stout, Somewhere, Something Incredible Is Waiting To Be Known. The result is a beer that brings us the comfort of a fresh baked chocolate bananas bread melded with the cooling delicious character of a chocolate and banana sundae. . . Rich chocolate character balances so beautifully with the soft distinctive essence of over ripe banana. A fun treat and a beer we are excited to share with you!
