Formerly called "Doppelganger W/ Peach"
For this version of Doppelganger, we added fresh peach to amplify the stonefruit characteristics of the base beer. The result is a beer that is super pleasant to drink and refreshing on a hot summer day, with an additional layer of fruity complexity, if that’s your thing.

Tree House Brewing Co. "Peachganger"
1 pint can coded "MILLIONS OF PEACHES 05.01.26". Sampled on 05.26.26
$13.00 / 2-pk at the brewery in Charleton, MA
Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a murky golden body with a bit of an orange sheen beneath a full head of slightly yellowed off-white foam. The aroma hoppy with resins and tropical fruit. The taste is much fuller, and much more peachy. I'm also getting nectarine, guava, papaya, pineapple, mango, and clementine. Some hop resins remains, and there's a bit of alcohol to it but at 8.2% I'd expect that. It's not that bitter, nor is it sweet, finishing mainly dry with fruit and "dank" hop resins lingering shortly. In the mouth it's medium bodied and smooth. I'm not a big peach fan, either of ractual peaches or peach flavorings, but I love this! The transition from sweet peach upfront to hop resins in the finish is fantastic - not that there's not a bit of both all the way across. Superb!

Ten days in the can pours gluggy golden yellow ochre with big head , fluffy, with a velvet sheen. Aroma is big peachy peach. Taste follows with lime, pineapple, tart bitter to balance the sweetness going on. Medium chew, low to medium num num, a tad dry in the finish, along with the juiciness. It’s a banger!

Pours deep, cloudy orange in color with a nice frothy white head. Nice lacing remnants. Nose is like orange juice. Taste is initially peach and stonge them the citrus takes over. Superb bitterness!

L - pours a mysterious, murky orange. She look thicc. Two fingers of head that simmers down relatively quick, but leaves lacing like superglue behind. Hot damn.
S - peach, peach, and more peach. Peach rings, peach puree, peach nectar. Sweet and sugary with additional aromatics of mango and oniony dank.
T - pronounced peach potency that punches from plentiful perspectives. The rindy, garlicky Doppelganger base holds strong as peach presents itself in many forms, ranging from sweet to tart to tangy to fresh af. Bready and jammy. Apricots and dry hops. Lots of hops. I can basically feel them gritty between my teeth. Leaves a cooling bitterness behind that somehow softens and soothes the prior fruitssault.
F - initially thiqq and bountiful. A delight to swish between the chompers. Finishes a hair watery, likely due to the puree presence.
O - as with most Tree House puree brews, it dominates. The peach, that is. I often have a hard time distinguishing the base beer and this one is no different. It's still there and it's beautiful, but you better like peach!
