To create SS Vanilla cream, we added a dose of dehydrated vanilla ice cream to the base beer - Somewhere, Something - to create an additional layer of sweet, creamy, vanilla forward complexity. The result is balanced, shunning an overtly saccharin edge in favor of balance, elegance, integration, and drinkability. A rich chocolate character balances so nicely with a creamy vanilla character - a beer worth savoring and enjoying over time as it warms!
