Tangerine Tart is a tart session beer constructed to be a refreshing, easy drinking summer beer with a balanced amount of acidity and a dry body. It is brewed with a significant amount of wheat in the grist bill and conditioned upon a judicious dose of tangerines! After conditioning for several weeks in stainless it is imparted with a tight and spritzy carbonation. Tangerine Tart features tongue pleasing acidity balanced by vibrant flavors of zesty citrus, bright tangerine, plain yogurt, lemon, and subtle funk. It finishes cleanly, eschewing bracing sourness, with hints of white wheat and cracker malt gracing the palate. Enjoy!

Tangerine Tart pours a slightly hazy and golden yellow orange with a light head that dissipated instantly. The smell is big orange with juice and zest, a hint of lemon and a small sampling of lactic acid. The taste is light, crisp and clean over the palette. A tart tangerine flavor with crackery, doughy malt and an acidic characteristic that finishes with a light floral note and very dry.

Had on tap. Pours slightly hazy, orange-yellow in color with 3/4 inch head. Taste is big tangerine and light sour mix. Slightly sour, light bodied, with high carbonation. Reminds me a lot of the drink Tang from my childhood. Make for a really enjoyable, sessionable beer. Could do several.

Canned 09/05/19 “it’s a kick in the glass!”
Pours a gorgeous color with a fizzy burst of bubbles. The description is spot-on....the wheat adds a nice balance to the tartness and acidity. A bit dry and definitely refreshing with loads of fresh citrus and a bit of funk. A seriously satisfying summer session beer.
