With Curiosity Seventy Seven, we are highly invigorated to find cutting edge hops that pair well with our traditional varieties. To that end, Seventy Seven finds us utilizing several of the experimental varieties we have played with over the past year blended with traditional Tree House pairings. The result is a beer that is quite distinctive, and different from recent Curiosity offerings with more of a peach, pear, honeydew melon, strawberry kiwi flavor profile when compared to more citric, pineapple forward offerings of late. It is super intriguing and exciting to have process result in such a unique and pleasurable offering. Enjoy!

16oz can, Tree House goblet glass. Cloudy golden yellow body, pulpy with a one finger white head, good retention and lacing as usual. Smell is herbal, citrus and tropical fruit, Tree House yeast esters. It has a more of a herbal pine bite to it than Seventy Six did; has more of a balanced flavour to it with a solid resinous bitterness and less of the tropical fruit sweetness of its prior iteration. Smooth, creamy, medium bodied and soft carbonation, plenty of esters on the backend to balance out some of the resinous bitterness.
