For this rendition of I Will Not Be Afraid - our imperial milk stout brewed with oodles of chocolate - we added fresh banana to really amp up the character and intrigue of this beer. We taste, as you might expect, chocolate covered bananas, banana fudge sundae, and chunky monkey ice cream. This is a beer where the individual constituents truly stand out, and can be tasted clearly and easily - a product of careful brewing process and attention to detail - enjoy!

Had on tap. Pours opaque, jet black in color with one half inch head. Taste is big mashed banana, light roasted coffee, cream and white sugar. Heavy bodied, very sweet, with low carbonation. Tastes like a banana split and coffee. Banana is very present. A pleasure to drink. Will get again. Best rendering of the base beer so far.
