For this rendition of Fudge, we added chocolate creme wafer cookies. We chose this confection as it essentially carries the same flavor profile as the base beer. The result is a harmonious flavor profile of chocolate, vanilla cream, creamy coffee, and fudge. A glorious beverage, indeed!

Had on tap at Charlton. Pours opaque, jet black in color with one third inch head. Taste is big Oreo and chocolate fudge. Heavy body, low carbonation, slightly sweet. Excellent imperial stout. Delivers on what it says it will.
