For this special keg of Lights On, we added fresh sweet coconut flakes to give it an extra layer of tropical appeal on top of heavy citrus, papaya, and melon notes. It instantly makes you feel like you're on a white sandy beach staring at clear blue water.

Beautiful looking beer that I got to enjoy on tap at the amazing Tree House. Looks great as always, nice hazy yellow-orange color with two fingers of fluffy white head that eventually settled into a nice cap with some rings of lingering lacing. Smells of coconut, peach, pineapple, mango, guava, grapefruit, orange and lemon. Maybe some weaker melon, malt, creamy vanilla and floral hops. Taste follows the nose, incredibly creamy and juicy, so flavorful and citrus hop loaded. Balance and depth is out of this world and this was so easy to drink. Coconut was perfectly placed, not overly sweet or cloying. Didn’t remind me of a pina colada or suntan lotion at the beach. Smooth, creamy, pillowy soft, luscious mouthfeel that was dangerously similar to some sort of citrus juice. Just the right amount of carbonation. I’m not sure how a beer could feel better. Cheers!
