Had a single can of this in the back of the fridge to share with JLindros, however, as this was canned on March 17 and it's now May 4 thanks to COVID-19 our paths are not going to cross for a while. No choice but to drink it now before it gets any older.
A - Poured into my Duvel tulip a nice hazy pale, pale golden hue with a thin one finger white head that faded slowly to leave a quarter inch or so blanket with very light lacing. It also gets a touch sweet on the finish when it warms.
S - Aromas of decent orange and tangerine juice, flashes of tropical mango and papaya along with a bit of bubblegum aroma. The aromas are rather soft though and lack an overly aggressive pop.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with pleasant slightly dank tropical fruits though that bubblegum note is much stronger on the taste. The citrus is a bit on the lackluster side, not really juicy with some earthy bitterness on the finish. As it warms the bubblegum flavour combined with that earthy bitterness becomes the dominant flavour, even pushing aside the little bit of tropical that was still there.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall while I'm sure the age on this didn't really help but I'm not entirely sure this was a flavour and aroma bomb in the first place. Presumably was a rather standard Tree House DIPA and while hindsight is 20/20 with the impending viral threat, it was worth holding on to it in the hopes of being shared with a friend.

Pours a hazy yellow straw in color with a finger of white head. Aroma has ripe tropical and citrus fruits. Taste hits the same notes, overripe mango, papaya, and clementine, finish is a little sweet. Medium ish body, moderate carbonation, feels a little sweet and slick. Overall a decent beer, I first had this two weeks ago and enjoyed it much more. I know this isn’t possible but it feels as though all of the fruit (flavors) have ripened over that time and I don’t enjoy that result nearly as much as it did when it was fresh.

16 oz. can dated 3/17/20. Poured into Aslin anniversary Teku glass.
L: 2F foamy white head with lots of white sticky lacing and a cap and ring. Beer is a turbid bright orange-gold.
S: Ripe tropical fruit is dominant, with the promise of earthiness and dankness.
T: Nose holds up. Lots of ripe mango, guava, melon. Very dank and earthy with a long and slightly bitter finish.
F: Pretty full bodied, light carbonation. Well constructed and balanced. Seriously hopped.
O: Pretty much a go-for-it hop bomb. Feels like it is in the Bright family, but hard to say.
