Born from heightened senses and the constraints of our current predicament, Curiosity Ninety Eight is razor-focused on all aspects of process in a way that is unparalleled for the series. Utilizing a proprietary blend of hops from our friends at Hopsteiner called Trident, and paired with Lotus, Ninety Eight pours a turbid yellow color in the glass. It presents a potent aroma and intense flavor profile heavy on the tropical fruit end of things. We taste and smell tropical fruit cup, mango creamsicle, honeydew melon, and stone fruit A fluffy body and creamy carbonation elevates this profile further as Ninety Eight warms in the glass. This beer unequivocally marks a new height for the series, and we are extremely excited for you to enjoy it.

L - pours an invigorating, glowing orange. Bit of yellow mixed in with a crisp, pure white head.
S - melon, pineapple, and lemon-lime. Bready and a touch oniony, not unlike the smell of freshly-painted walls. Really pleasant splash of sweet peach right on the tippy top of the finish.
T - peach milkshake up front and center. Crisp, airy, and a touch watery. Not that the flavor is watered-down, but it tastes like a fresh spring. Grainy and spicy with an underlying oat bite that slowly creeps into play. I can really taste the fruit cup mentioned in the description. Brings me back to my younger days in the school cafeteria eating questionably-labeled "fruit". Leaves a certain hop saturation behind along with dull bitterness.
F - light, and seemingly on the lower side of ABV. BA tells me it's a single IPA, but the can tells me otherwise. Regardless, it's easy-drinking, but still full, expansive, and satisfying. Velvet vibes. Marshmallow Fluff too.
O - pretty impressed with this one, despite it toning down the usual TH juiciness. Errs on the wheatier side of things with a smooth, consistent flavor that warms the soul and fills the heart. Or something. Poetry isn't my strong suit.

L: A slightly chalky and hazy apricot coloration with two and a half fingers of pillowy And dense white foam, with average retention, but wide clinging and spotty bands of lace on the glass.
S: Like a lime soda up front, this oddball also displays white grape musts, white plum, floral, and spicy notes. A nice change of pace within the style!
On the other hand I must add that esters on the aroma of nail polish come in with the slightest increase in temp.
T: While it follows the nose, this profile comes across as more pleasant to the nose than the palate.
F: The mouthfeel adds to my dismay. The carbonation is there, and the weight is pretty lighthearted, but it seems to be overall flabby and unrefreshing.
O: Tree House’s worsts would be at the top of many breweries portfolios, but this one left me wanting.

Thanks Nick for the can! Super hazy yellow with a pearl white head. Aromas of lemon, honeydew, peach, and pineapple, with somewhat dank hops. Taste starts actually very quietly, melon, honeydew, peach, with dry hops, before opening up with pineapple, mango, and dank hop bitters. Feel is full but very light and soft, classic TH, with a dank yet rind-centric finish, could have more hop definition, airy
