Curiosity One Hundred is brewed with Huell Melon, Strata, Citra, and Galaxy hops and utilizes our irreplicable House yeast. We taste ripe honeydew melon, cantaloupe, soft starfruit, peach nectar, juicy mango, citrus, and this peculiar strawberry note. It exhibits balance, intrigue, juicy hop saturation, and ease of drinkability - a beer fit for the occasion, indeed.

Yay yay for some benefits from COVID and one of them is still being able to get beers from TH and the way they set it up is fair and fun. Gives me a chance to research the mix of cases and try to get as good a mix as I can of new beers to try. Loved this one.

This was the first Curiosity beer that I had in quite some time as I was lucky enough to get a can of this after a friend of mine made a run up there recently. The last Curiosity that I had was Thirty Seven and I always enjoyed the experimental nature of these. Sure enough, this was different but it was such a lovely juice bomb that it didn't take me to warm up to this, as it's description was quite apt!
The pour to this was a good, textbook example of what a New England IPA should look like as it was cloudy, nicely bubbly, and topped off with plenty of spongy head. Well-defined layers of spongy lacing were left behind as there was a nice aroma of grapefruit, lychee, and strawberry that meshed beautifully together. Pink grapefruit and starfruit entered the fray in the taste along with an earthy fruit patch and funky yeast that made this exotic and alluring at the same time. The Huell Melon and Strata really stood out as I felt that this was unlike any other beer that I had from Tree House, although it was just as enjoyable!
Amazingly, this was such a juice bomb that I never felt any of the 8.4% ABV that was in this, and only warmed up a bit as I was finishing this off. Canned on 8/20 with "OUR NEVER-ENDING PURSUIT *FROM THE* *TREE HOUSE TEAM* written above it, this had a lively carbonation and no sediment in it as it held up wonderfully over the last month and a half. This may have been one of the best juice bombs that I ever had from these guys as it was just as lovely and memorable as the label itself. Here's to a hundred more curiosities from these guys!

Opaque orange juice dark yellow with a moderate off-white head settling to a dense yet thin collar.
Fairly bitter and astringent, the ultra fluffy yet medium body exhibits mango and surprisingly catty hops before coming back to Sweet Tarts, going down with a surprising prick of heat and finishing chalky dry, in stark contrast with the body.

L - pours a crisp, autumn burnt orange. The last summer sunset. Velvet head speckled with a layer of hops, if hops were algae.
S - ripe melon, the kind that's been sitting in a tupperware all day. Still tastes great, but a little sugary. Light pineapple rind and grape bubblegum.
T - massive burst of peach. Wave after wave of peach nectar, honey, and peach candy. Remembering Curiosity 22 with how potent, focused, and glowing this mango fruit salad of a beer is. Cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and marshmallow cream. Orange creamsicle and peach smoothies, chunks included. Finishes a touch grainy with a drying zip and lingering rind bitterness tingles.
F - silky as it's always been. Marshmallowy creaminess with a soft, fur-like consistency. TH always delivers.
O - what a ways we've come! I remember "quitting" TH at C50. You know, still invested, just not chasing every new beer. That was less than a year ago, so it's safe to say they're out of control with all these new beers now that we've done 4 years' worth of Curiosities in one. This is one of the better Cs of late. Really brings me back to the old days. Loads of fond (cough) memories waiting in the ailing afternoon sun, underdressed ever so slightly to not cause major discomfort, but remind you that while this sorta sucks, the end result is worth it. Happy One Hundo, Tree House.
