Utilizing our transformative Juice Project approach, Juice Project Citra + Mosaic showcases this legendary pairing in an exciting and delicious new way.
Featuring the most substantial dry-hop of any Tree House beer to date, the overall hop volume is actually reduced in comparison to beers of similar stature. The result is staggeringly juicy with minimal bitterness and potent notes of ripe summer peach, dank blueberries, and tropical fruit salad. It’s electrifying - enjoy!

Canned 7/18/24.
L: Pours an opaque dark yellow with an initially creamy off-white head that gets fluffier before dissipating. Gorgeous rings and splotches of lacing.
S: Aromas of mango, peach, and melon. Delightful.
T: Lots of peach up front, then mango. A touch of blueberry. Finishes dry but not bitter. A fruit salad.
F: Soft mouthfeel. Medium to low carbonation.
O: A superior NEDIPA. Beautiful appearance, sublime aroma, and fantastic taste. Incredible drinkability that belies the ABV.

Canned 2/18. Orange and yellow, very cloudy and shadowy beer. When I opened the can, it smelled like I spilled orange juice. Just a citrus bomb. Taste is dank and citrusy, tangy, juicy and slightly bitter. Light to medium bodied, very smooth and easy sipping. Mild alcohol presence. Yet another great beer.

Can from Jeff, thanks for the hookup!
Lightly hazy dark yellow with a decent sized frothy white head that persists. Orange grapefruit peach and bits of earthy pine with sweet bread underneath. Juice for days.

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a Tree House Willi Becher pint; canned 12/04/2020, code EVERY DAY IS A WINDING ROAD.
A: Pours an opaque, orange-yellow color with rose gold highlights, a two finger, foamy, white head, solid, more than rim retention, and complex, foamy rings of lacing.
S: Aromas of peach, nectarine, berry, pink grapefruit, and banana predominate with caramel and pine notes. The nose is basically a fruit melange.
T: Sweet. Flavors definitely mirror the nose with a real melange of the fruit and better defined caramel. Bitterness is there and solid, but balance moves it out of the limelight.
M: Medium bodied with solid carbonation.
O: Fruit Project Citra + Mosaic is a fruity treat. The Fruit Project is definitely a departure from other Tree House offerings, but a welcome diversification of that portfolio.

Drank from a 1 pint can purchased at Tree House Brewing Company, Charlton, MA
12/04/20
Served in a Tree House teku
Thanks to hopley for grabbing me this can.
Gorgeous appearance. The beer poured a hazy yellow-orange hue and was topped by a tight, fluffy, two-finger tall, off-white crown that slowly fell to a thick, frothy, lasting collar. A blanket of streaky, splotchy lacing stuck along the entire glass.
The nose was amazing. Super fruity and fragrant yet also quite delicate. Ripe honeydew melon notes dominated. Really juicy and sweet. There was a big Juicy Fruit gum-like presence as well. Good dose of ripe peach too. Some musty dankness appeared as the beer sat, but it soon dissipated. Touch of wildflower honey.
The flavor profile was also fantastic and very similar to the aroma. Uber juicy and fruit forward. Big generic tropical fruit presence. Juicy Fruit gum again came to mind. There was a strong honeydew melon presence as well. Peach and mango were also noticeable. Citrus notes appeared as the beer moved along the palate. Orange and tangerine perhaps. Somewhat tart and tangy. Touch of dankness. The beer finished remarkably clean with notes of citrus rind and just a hint of dry, lingering bitterness.
Nice creamy, fluffy mouthfeel. Medium bodied for the style. The liquid contained a super fine, moderate effervescence that turned slick and smooth on the palate.
Using boatloads of hops is an easy way for any haze brewery to make a juicy, fruit forward IPA. Tree House’s new approach to hoppy beers in their Juice Project series (which entails an enormous dry hopping but an overall decreased hop bill) creates a final product that is highly aromatic and flavorful, remarkably juicy and clean, insanely drinkable, and contains practically zero bitterness. I really look forward to trying the other beers in this series.
