Featuring copious doses of dark brown sugar, dark caramel, and cocoa with a hint of coffee, it aims to emulate the flavor of chocolate crème brûlée - and what a treat it is! Dark, decadent, luscious, and delicious!

The artwork, by our friend John Gilman, so beautifully captures the spirit of warmth and family that comes with the season of giving.

We hope it can contribute positively to your celebrations this winter - Enjoy!

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a snifter glass; canned on 12/09/20, code BUMBLES BOUNCE!
A: Pours a very dark brown, almost black, with a less than two to three finger, medium brown head, rim plus retention, and sudsy lacing.
S: Aromas of Hershey's chocolate syrup, brown sugar, white toast, and star anise.
T: Very sweet with lactose unquestionably an outsized element. In fact, I took Lactaid® before imbibing. Flavors largely reflective of the nose; somewhere between a Hershey's® bar and chocolate soda. Bitterness sufficient to keep the sweetness from becoming cloying, but just. I picked up no hint of coffee on the nose or palate.
M: Full bodied with moderate effervescence. Rich.
O: Another chocolate milk stout to be served in lieu of dessert.

L - pours a viscous oil brown out of the glass. Quiet. Settles with a dark tan head, complete with crimson fringes.

S - lightly nutty, like walnuts or hazelnuts. A hint of cinnamon; can almost smell the powdery rawness. Butterscotch sweetness and iced coffee ice cream.

T - peppery, almost with a hint of chili heat amongst the burnt and roasted coffee grounds. Dark and acrid; adds a balancing layer of biteyness to the hefty 10%-fueled lactose bomb hiding within. Playful spices a la cinnamon and anise. Delicately restrained butterscotch in the background; lightly fruity caramel helps stave off the bitterness and leaves the beer with a whipped creamy feel.

F - thick and creamy. Tough to swoosh around the mouth, but eases up if I let it sit still, feeling the booze-laden rivers flow through the crevices of my tongue. Non-newtonian fluids :nerd:

O - probably the liveliest of the four Christmas stoots. Warmth of a fire with loads of peppy spices to keep you going.

A: Poured from the can into a Tree House tulip. Body is black - the color of motor oil, albeit not the thickness.

S: Nice nose - roasty/roasted barley malt, some vanilla and some dark chocolate.

T: Follows the nose, with roasted barley malt, roasted coffee beans, brown sugar, and both dark/bakers chocolate and milk chocolate. Touch of vanilla on the sides of the tongue and into the aftertaste. Heat from the 10.2% ABV is noted in the belly immediately, but only as a touch of heat on the back of the palate.

M: Like the Tree House Stout I had last night, this one's a little slick. That feel takes away from the overall impression.

O: Quite good. Sweet, but with a little bit of roastiness for balance.

A: Pours a near pitch black color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap

S: Roasted malt, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, cocoa, and a touch of coffee

T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the roasted malt, brown sugar, caramel, and vanilla. Picks up some cocoa, light coffee, and toffee. Finishes with lingering caramel, vanilla, and cocoa

M: Medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation

O: A very good milk stout that hits the creme brûlée nicely with the chocolate added. Makes for a nice sipper. Worth checking out it
