Curiosity One Hundred Eight is an experimental Double IPA that is brewed primarily to learn the brewing attributes of our 2020 hop selections.
Selecting hops on the table is an art in and of itself; however, how those selections translate into the beer requires further understanding. What we learn from this batch will be applied to all of our beer to make it better.
The resulting beer here is citrus juice to the absolute max - wow!

I thought this was one of the better additions to the Curiosity line up in a while. Big flavors of citrus and sweet melon with a smooth slightly bitter finish that kept every sip amazing. The melon flavors really took over as the glass warmed in my hand which to me only made it better.

Beer pours smooth, very citrus forward beer synonymous with a Tree House IPA, Grapefruit right up front for me followed by faint Pineapple. The right color for a New England IPA. Overall a good beer, these guys know what their doing. Did it blow me away... no. But would I be able to drink more and enjoy it... Yes.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House. My one hundred and twenty second brew from these guys. This was fine, nothing special. Probably the least impressive of the series for me.
