Utilizing our beloved Juice Project base, this batch of Fruit Project uses a kitchen sink of ingredients to purvey a tropical bounty of flavor.
Fresh coconut, orange blossom honey, and fresh pineapple juice contribute flavor in abundance, with notes of mixed tropical fruit cocktail, piƱa colada, and ripe citrus shining through in the finished beer.
There is a vacation in every can - enjoy!

Canned 2/10/21. "Flavor blasted!" stamped on the bottom of the can
Back again with some new Tree House from my weekend trip there. This is my second beer in the Fruit Project series, as I had the guava variant on my last trip and enjoyed it quite a bit. I have a good feeling about this one, I can't say I've had an IPA with this combination of fruits and it sounds like a good beer/cocktail hybrid
Pours a hazy glowing yellow with 3 fingers of white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves nice rings of lacing
I'm definitely getting pina colada vibes in the nose, very sweet but still juicy and vibrant. I'm picking up on aromas of juicy pineapple, tangerine, rich coconut, mango sorbet, some oily hops, and the slightest hint of crisp bready malt
The taste is not nearly as sweet as the aroma led me to believe, but it is a bit muddled unfortunately. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting coconut milk, light grapefruit, and some orange. The swallow sweetens up and opens up a bit, bringing notes of lightly tart pineapple, citrusy hops, rich coconut, honey, and bready malt
A medium full body pairs with very gentle carbonation, resulting in a thick beer that goes down surprisingly easy. Finishes almost entirely dry with lingering sweetness
This is by no means the best from TH, but for a fruited NEIPA (which can be rough), I'd say it was pretty good. I do wish there was more clarity in the taste, but it's not a dealbreaker and is more than made up for in drinkability

A: Pours a golden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a decent cap that leaves good lacing
S: Pineapple and coconut up front along with general tropical fruit and light citrus
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of coconut and pineapple and then picks up general tropical fruit and citrus. Pineapple lingers a bit more. Moderate bitterness. Some light orange blossom honey mixed in towards the end. Finishes with lingering pineapple and citrus
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A very good fruited DIPA that heavily focuses on the pineapple and coconut. Super easy to drink. Quite straight forward. Worth checking out

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House yesterday. My one hundred and twenty third brew from these guys. Canned on date of 2/10. Probably my least favorite TH brew to date. Drinks like a tropical cocktail, way too sweet. I am ok with sweet/syrupy on their stouts, but not on the IPAs.
