Guava Peach Hibiscus Tart is a tart ale brewed with a primarily wheat base, heaps of guava and peach puree, and conditioned upon heaps of dried hibiscus flowers.
The resulting beer is a peaceful oasis of tropical fruit character with a gorgeous pink hue that presents with flavors and aromas of tropical fruit juice, ripe peach, and lightly acidic hibiscus. Crisp, zippy, and perfectly balances, this beer is super crushable!

Came across this in my beer closet, don’t even remember buying it. Wish I had gotten more! Super fruity, as tart as advertised. Peach hits first then the guava. Perfect on a hot, humid day!

Canned 2/10/21. “Hibity-bibity” stamped on the bottom of the can
Back with another round of Tree House!! I got mostly beers from them that I’ve already had this time around, but this one is new to me. I’ve never had any of their sour stuff so I’m quite excited to start off with this one
Pours a mostly clear amber orange with 2 fingers of white head that fades to a thin ring and leaves no lacing
The nose on this one is kind of odd and medicinal, likely a byproduct of the hibiscus. I’m picking up on aromas of floral hibiscus, crackery malt, juicy peach, orange juice, and red raspberry
Good lord, based off the aroma I did not expect this to be so tart on the palate, but I’m loving it. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting tart lemon, funky guava, sour peach, and light wheat bread. The swallow brings an intense flash of sour peach, followed by closing notes of lemon zest, orange zest, hibiscus, juicy strawberry, and wheat
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a super crisp and tart beer. Finishes mostly dry with a hint of flora
A damn good way to start off what I’ll dub the “new season” of Tree House for me. It’ll be a short season, but I have high hopes

Pours clear orange gold in color with one inch head. Taste is Hariboo sour peach candy with guava. Sour, light body with high carbonation. Tree House does sours well and this is no exception. Makes for a nice sipper. Very tropical. Reminds me of Life Savers candy. Would easily get this again.

Pours a yellowish-orange color with practically no head. The nose has distinct notes of peaches and tropical fruits. The flavor has a touch of sweet upfront followed by sour fruits.
This would make for a fine good morning drink.

A: Pours a clear golden yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: Starts off with a wave of guava and peach purées, then picks up some light acidity and the hibiscus. Wheat base underneath
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the tart acidity followed by the guava and peach purées. Hibiscus and wheat underlie everything. Finishes with lingering tartness and guava
M: Light bodied with very effervescent carbonation
O: A solid tart wheat ale that is very easy to drink. The effervescence and fruit notes amplify the ease of drinkability even further. Would be perfect on a summer day as a crushable sipper. Worth a drink

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House Brewery in Charlton for about fifteen dollars. My one hundred and thirty second brew from these guys. This is fine, just not my favorite style.
