Utilizing the same hopping approach as Juice Project, and adding heaps of mango and stonefruit puree, Fruit Project Mango + Stonefruit is an immensely tropical, fruit-forward double IPA with deep hop saturation and minimal bitterness. Pouring an enticing opaque yellow color in the glass, Fruit Project puts forward aromatic and mouthwatering notes of ripe stonefruit, juicy mango, tropical fruit salad, and citrus. It is vibrant and richly flavored while maintaining an airy and pleasing disposition!

Fruit Project Mango + Stonefruit
Treehouse Brewing
Date: 10 March 2021
My continued pursuit for all things Treehouse, this my eleventh beer. The beer eclipsing the six-month marker; however, the last beer I had that was an IPA over six months did not have any oxidation characters. Moving forward with the review. I used my Jester King glass and served the beer at 46 degrees. Pouring the beer created a lovely two-fingered creamy and airy white head. The retention of the head is excellent, leaving vast amounts of lacing on the glass as it slowly dissipated. The color charts around SRM 6, pale gold with straw yellow hues. This beer is cloudly, which is akin to the NEIPA style.
I detect mangos, peaches, pineapple, oranges, lemons, malty sweetness, lightly toasted malts, a touch of floral, a hint of herbal, and some earthiness.
The flavors in the beer are mangos, dankness, oranges, mandarins, pineapple peaches, a hint of floral esters, fresh morning dew, a skosh of herbs, earthiness, malty sweetness, and biscuits.
The mouthfeel of the beer is astringent, dry, and tannic.
The body of the beer is medium, medium carbonation, and has a fuller finish.
The beer compared to the last one, I preferred Fascination over this one. This one is much sweeter with danky notes. Yet the fruit in the beer harmoniously tempers the dankness. Two beers I have tried with two vastly different flavor profiles. Neither beer is substandard, just unique in its own ways.

L - pours a mostly thick hazy burnt orange. Like a sunset or the final dying embers of a campfire. Frothy head with densely-packed bubbles. Nice, even lacing left behind.
S - fresh, but slightly green mango up front. Lively and fruity. Whiffs of peach and nectarine. Some coriander and mandarin orange fruit cups. White bread doughiness.
T - a mixture of mango puree and grapefruit rind. Features a warm, zesty toastiness with just enough bite to keep the juice in check. But only barely. Massive amounts of bubblegum-infused peach with the tiniest splash of plum skin spiciness. Oily hop resins add a dank, humid environment to the mix. Saturation.
F - thick, full-bodied, and creamy af. No complaints here. Satisfying and filling.
O - delivers on its promise of fruit, that's for sure, but doesn't let the puree get in the way of the hops. Strikes a balance between dank and juice, but definitely requires a bit of a sweet tooth to enjoy.

Look - Nice thick slightly copper yellow color with a nice white head and sticky lacing
Smell - lots of citrus like orange and yellow grapefruit with a slight mango with a malt backbone
Taste - Citrus like the smell with a very light mango stonefruit but the citrus is pretty dominant
Feel - Medium full body with a lighter carb
Overall - Nice fruited double

Love the mellow fruity taste. Rich creamy feel and color. The mango and stone fruit stood out but didn't overwhelm the hops. Don't be intimidated by the mad scientist on the can.

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap that leaves decent lacing
S: Mango and stone fruit up front along with some vague tropical fruit and citrus
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of mango and stone fruit. Picks up the tropical fruit and citrus. Low bitterness. Finishes with lingering mango
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid fruited DIPA that that follows their typical FP bill: hit hard with the fruit purée additions on top of a great DIPA base. Super easy to drink. Worth checking out
