Curiosity 111 features Nelson and Citra hops atop a pilsner malt base. Featuring no additional malts at all, the base of this beer is as pure and clean as possible.
Following a carefully managed fermentation utilizing our house yeast, the resulting beer is immensely focused with notes of pulpy orange juice and kiwi.
Please enjoy it fresh and appreciate the purity and simplicity of its construction!

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a decent cap that leaves good lacing
S: The citrus jumps right out along with some tropical fruit. Definitely all citra and nelson going on
T: Follows the nose with along with a good bit of earthiness. Starts off with the citrus and tropical fruit and then picks up the earthy tones and a touch of floral notes. Light bitterness. Finishes with lingering citrus and earthy undertones
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A solid experimental IPA that is definitely on the clean side given the pilsner malt. The citra and nelson work well together and make for a very easy drinking beer. Worth checking out
