Curiosity 112 features Nelson and Galaxy hops atop a pilsner malt base. Featuring no additional malts at all, the base of this beer is as pure and clean as possible.
Following a carefully managed fermentation utilizing our house yeast, the resulting beer is immensely focused with notes of pulpy pineapple, kiwi, and earthy citrus.
Please enjoy it fresh and appreciate the purity and simplicity of its construction!

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a decent cap that leaves good lacing
S: A mix of citrus and tropical fruit up front. Some earthy notes present as well
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with a mix of citrus, tropical fruit, and clean crackery malt. Some earthy notes come through as well. Light bitterness. Finishes with lingering tropical fruit and earthy notes
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: Another solid brew out of the Curiosity series. Malt is clean while the galaxy and nelson hops add the tropical fruit and earthy citrus. Very easy to drink. Worth checking out while it’s around

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House Brewery in Charlton for about twenty one dollars. My one hundred and forty fourth brew from these guys. This is fine, nothing special.

Pours very cloudy yellow color with a 2 finger foamy white head that faded slowly and left outstanding foamy lacing coating the sides. Smells of grapefruit, orange peel, tangerine, lemon zest, peppery spices, biscuit, wheat, faint piney notes and citrus fruit. Not dank, but the soft citrus aroma is strong and very full of tropical fruit. Tastes just like the nose but with melon, grains, lemon flavors like yuzu and crackers. Really well balanced and easy to drink. Another winner from TH.

Very good beer with a white yellow haze look. Can slightly smell the fruit. The taste is good with a medium bitter aftertaste. The feel is straight forward and not jumping into a party. Can see myself enjoying this more in the summer months, with a parked van outside overlooking the mountains. This is lighter than anticipated and leaves a grapefruit aftertaste which will be better during the summer months.
