Curiosity 114 is brewed in a classic style to be a dry, crisp, bright, and drinkable American IPA. Utilizing Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook hops, 114 pours a brilliant dark yellow in the glass and carries potent notes of grapefruit, orange peel, and pine. A true summer crusher, 114 invites you to pack up the cooler, hit the road, find a place of peace, crack a beer, and be grateful for what you have.

Shared can at regional tasting. Pale golden colour, large white head. Moderate fruity aroma. Distinct hops in the flavour, quite dry, sharp-ish bitter finish.

16oz glass poured into a th snifter
L: what this a clearish ipa from th?, orange in color looks like a west coast.
S, no yeast some toffee /malt sweetness . Hops pine and earth(musty like )
T hope the taste would change had a musty note while faint was off putting and light bitternss and touch sweet
F: drank cloying ans sweet full
Overall missed the mark did not seem NE IPA nor was it labeled a west coast but not one I would revisit

Canned 4/29/21. "It's got no signs or dividing lines and very few rules to guide" stamped on the bottom of the can
You know, after a weekend of drinking nothing but IPAs for the virtual festival, one would think I'd be burnt out on the style. Apparently not, since I made it a point to run up to Tree House today yet again. Here we have the latest iteration of their Curiosity rotating series, #114
Pours a hazy bright gold with 3+ fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a cap and leaves nice lacing
This beer is like a fistful of brightness in the nose with tons of fresh citrus and hops leaping out. I'm picking up on aromas of lemon candy, ruby grapefruit, orange juice, piney hops, and pale malt
The brightness is translated into the taste, but at the sacrifice of some flavor complexity. On the front end of the sip I'm tasting orange rind, juicy grapefruit, pale malt, and a touch of red berry. The swallow brings notes of ruby grapefruit, bready malt, lemon peel, and earthy hops
A light medium body pairs with very gentle carbonation, resulting in a juicy yet crisp beer. Finishes mostly dry with a mild sweetness from the malt to offset the hops
Yet another great beer from TH. I have a few more new ones to try from this trip that I'm excited about, but I'm happy I have another 3 of these left
