Brewers notes: Hello Western Mass is an introductory IPA brewed to the trademark Tree House style in celebration of opening our facility in Deerfield. Brewed with Citra and Simcoe hops, it tastes of Hawaiian punch, orange gummies, and sweet guava in a highly drinkable package.
Chilled 16 oz can poured into a pretentious beer glass, hazy orange marmalade in color , frothy 3 finger off white foam , streaky lacings, settles to a solid layer
Gentle pine aroma
taste is a soft pine, tropical fruits, guava
Sudsy mouth fell, hop tingle
Good beer

16 oz can into a teku glass.
Pours an opaque orange gold color with 2 fingers of frothy white head. Good retention with some splotchy lacing.
The aroma brings notes of tangerines, honey, fresh pineapple and melon. There's a bit of toasted oat malt on the back.
The flavor has a lot of peaches, mangoes and pineapple, as well as some grapefruit and clementine oranges.
The feel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Soft. Creamy. Blah blah blah it's Tree House.
Overall, a good NEIPA that's entirely straightforward. The flavors and aromas are nice, but nothing really stands out. Still worth a try.
