Hello Again Central Mass is an American IPA brewed to Tree House style made with Citra and Barbe Rouge hops. It tastes like ripe orange juice, strawberry jam, and sweet tropical fruits.

Canned 2021/05/28, I think just enough time to hit its stride
Pours a med large frothy fizzy 1 finger off-white head with good retention, lots of messy lacing, cloudy hazy golden-orange color
Nose is explosive, one of the best noses I've had on a TH in a while, loads of citrus and juicy fruit but at the same time soft, lots of orange juice, mango puree, tangerine, hint of berry in the background, soft flaked proteins and soft malt but not the minerals that I often get, and even some strawberry as it warms
Taste rich juicy citrus and tropical fruit up front, mango puree with lots of orange and tangerine, actually more of the Clementine/tangerine than actual orange, some sweetness with that, general tropical notes, plenty of flaked proteins adding a soft malt base, almost chewy like mash, a hint of the water softening minerals but not much, very juicy as well, with very little bitterness, a little pith and citrus zest late, a bit more berry but not sure I'd call it strawberry, drier finish with a bit more bitterness, then some strawberry notes
Mouth is med to a bit fuller bod, super soft creamy almost chewy, med to a little lighter frothy creamy carb
Overall quite nice, one of the better new TH beers I've had in a while, still similar to most of their other NEIPAs, but a bit unique slightly, and maybe the added time helped soften it and eliminate any "green" characters

Picked-up a few cans as part of a mixed case at Tree House in Sandwich on Thursday. Nice to see another IPA in the 6 - 8 range. This was very good, liked better than the Cape version.
