Deviating from our customary process, we utilized a small amount of hop extract in the kettle and saved the entirety of the hop onslaught for the cold side of the brew process. Featuring the most substantial dry hop of any Tree House beer to date, the total hop volume is actually reduced in comparison to beers of similar stature. The result is staggeringly juicy with minimal bitterness and expressive notes of sauvignon blanc, vibrant citrus, passion fruit puree, and sunshine. A taste of the Southern hemisphere indeed!

Pours a thickly hazy pineapple color with a creamy white head that laces the glass nicely.
The nose is a menagerie of white grapes, pineapple, passion fruit, and oranges, and the taste mirrors that profile, with the white grapes and oranges most prominent and truly delicious.
The mouthfeel is full and chewy, par for the course with TH hazies. This is excellent.

From a 16oz can dated 11/6/24 into a pint shaker. Can message: Keep Cold Drink Fresh
Pours an opaque straw color with about two fingers of slightly off-white head. Great retention and lacing.
Oranges and tangerines-and lots of them. Also some white grape and light mustiness.
Super citrusy in the taste department. Some grapes and white wine too but in the background. Very little bitterness.
Full-bodied with a super soft mouthfeel. Low to medium carbonation. Ever-so-slight bitter aftertaste.
Aroma and taste are great on this one but maybe a little one-dimensional. Look and mouthfeel got knocked out of the park though.

Drank from a 1 pint can purchased at Tree House Brewing Company, Boston, MA

Served in a tulip
Thanks to my friend MrDarcy for this thoughtful gift.
The beer poured an almost milky looking, pale yellow ochre hue and was topped by a frothy, finger-tall, bright white crown. The head quickly dropped to a bubbly, lasting collar. A drippy wall of lacing cascaded all down the sides of the glass and stuck around through most of the session.
The aroma was outstanding. It was super hoppy and fruit forward. Honeydew melon notes came through strongest initially. Uber juicy and sweet. As the head died down, citrus notes took over. Orange specifically. There was a nice honey-like quality as well. A punchy, cannabis-like darkness came forth as the beer sat. The honeydew melon notes reappeared later.
The flavor profile was also intensely hoppy but definitely rougher around the edges than I anticipated. Citrus notes dominated. Loads of juicy orange flesh and pithy citrus rind. Some honeydew melon was noticeable in the center. Touch of sweetness. Bit of dankness too. White grapefruit appeared in the back end. Big, pithy, bitter, grapefruit rind-like notes came through in the finish.
The mouthfeel was creamy, soft and smooth. Medium bodied for the style. The liquid contained a super fine and mellow effervescence that made the beer feel almost a touch under carbonated.
Juice Project - Citra + Nelson had a fantastic aroma but a flavor profile that was a bit too pithy and bitter for my liking. Nelson is one of my favorite hop varietals, and I wish it was a bit more prominent in this beer.

A- Tallboy into a becher glass with a very hazy, floury looking yellow-orange smoothie body and a two finger head. The cap is thick and creamy with great retention. Lacing is a nice mix of webs and large sheets.
S- Hops are sensed from a few feet away as dankness and fruits light up the room upon pouring. One of the first things that comes to mind is the fresh fruit juice of mango, peach and stone fruits in general with some apricot in there as well. Grapefruit, tangerine, berries, slight wine, nectarine and ripe tropical fruit nectar.
T- Follows the nose pretty decently but I would say there is more grapefruit and pineapple than in the aroma and the bitterness is up front in place of a lot of the juicy tropical fruit notes. Still some mango, tangerine, orange, strawberry and wine hints as well. Moderately sweet with a fairly strong bitterness, it doesn't burn but it is approaching that territory.
MF- Medium bodied with a fairly high level of carbonation. The texture is puffy and slightly creamy and it ends with a strong bitterness.
Juicy fruits with a strong bitterness on the palate. The aroma is very, very nice but it gets a bit too green on the palate towards the end and does have some burn.

Pours a medium straw color, ample foamy head. Pleasant citrus aroma. Very flavorful, I get oranges. Has a gentle bitterness on the finish. A little boozy. Creamy texture. Overall a really tasty beer, would like to try again fresh.

Poured from a can (09Jul2021) into a sorta pint glass. Combination of two reviews, second/last can poured into a TH teku
L: pours a completely opaque, slightly creamy yellow orange with a huge and dense off-white head. Fades slowly, leaving some chunky lacing as it does. Today’s can presents the same, very solid. Second pour has some serious hop sludge, guess I now know to decant haha (not going to knock too much for this)
S: really nice and inviting tropical fruit/white wine nose, very slight bitterness. Get mango, passionfruit, white grapes. Very fruit-forward, rich but not that overripe/dank fruit character. Get much of the same with today’s can - more pronounced sauvignon blanc notes, bright fruit acidity when I first cracked the can. Sweeter tropical notes lurk closely behind, come out more as it’s warmed in the glass
T: follows the nose well, great white wine notes to start followed by a nice citrusy blend (orange, grapefruit, lemon/lime). Mango/pineapple/passionfruit as well. Angle is fruit with minimal to no bitterness, think this delivers - not picking up much from the abv. Swallow from today’s can follows the nose well/pretty close to July’s - main difference would be a bit more bitterness through the middle finish. Flavor gets a bit muddled, quite tasty but lacks some depth
F: medium+ body, medium- carbonation. Pretty smooth, crushable
O: very delicious fruit bomb. Runs that TH problem of blending in with other offerings - enjoying this can more than my first, but the nose suggests a bit more depth than I’d say the swallow delivers

16oz can dated 7/7/21.
Pours cloudy yellow with an inch-plus head of white. Plenty of smeared lacing with persistent retention. Pineapple, peach, and tangerine in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Juicy tropicals on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Mango, peach, and pineapple. Finishes very juicy with lingering ripe tropicals.
