Two is based on our original recipe for a pale ale, and this batch draws from handwritten notes from February 12th, 2013. It's the second-anniversary beer we never had! Featuring Cascade, Citra, and Centennial hops, Two is a hybrid flavor profile of classic pale ale merged with new age, Tree House-style hoppy beer. We taste soft notes of orange, lemon, and pine atop with whispers of straw and doughy malts in the background. This can brings us back to simpler times. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

Pours a cloudy yellow orange color with a light bodied white colored head that laces the glass nicely on the way down. Smells of sweet toasted malts and melon hop aromas. Tastes of sweet toasted malts floral, citrus, and melony flavors at the end. Smooth, perfect amount of carbonation, great beer.

16 ounce can in a standard pint glass.
Pours a pale hazed straw orange color. An uptempo pour results in a 1-plus F sudsy white cap that drops quickly to a foamy film and leaves sticky lacing.
Orange is the upfront aroma. There are notes of lemon, fresh dough, and light grass-i-ness.
There are citrus flavors of orange and lemon but the taste lean heavily towards light straw malt. A touch of pine drop sweetness in the finish.
Quite light bodied, easy to drink, mild hop bitterness.
There’s a lot to like here. It’s a real beer. It’s abv makes it ready for another. And it’s flavorful without the juice factor. I like it.

On draft at Tree House in Charlton
So this one is a beer calling back to the earlier days of Tree House. It’ll be interesting to see what their roots were like, since it’s something I didn’t get to experience in any real way. Let’s dive in
Pours a hazy orange gold with a thick finger of creamy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves decent lacing
The nose on this one sure does offer a balance of classic and modern notes. I’m picking up on aromas of orange juice, piney hops, bready malt, light pineapple, pithy grapefruit, and white pepper
That trend follows in taste, but leans more into the classic side of things. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting red grapefruit, piney hops, doughy malt, toasted grain, and straw. The swallow brings notes of orange rind, lemon rind, pineapple, oily hops, doughy malt, and light pineapple
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in an airy and crisp beer. Finishes mostly dry with a very light sweetness
This is a really nice one here. A treat on tap as always. It’s really nice to see a look back to their humble beginnings

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House in Sandwich for about thirteen dollars. My one hundred and seventy first brew from these guys. I thought this was very nice, & good value. Nice to see another LAB from TH.

Pours hazy, gold in color with one quarter inch head. Taste is nectarine and orange juice. Light bodied, slightly bitter, moderate carbonation. Better than One but otherwise just a standard Tree House pale ale. Not bad, but nothing to run out for.
