Our third year - our first in Monson, was one of the most memorable and difficult in our short history. As the saying goes, pressure makes diamonds, and 2014 was full of both. We have put together a rebrew of a classic collaboration, considering our understanding at the time and bringing years of learned knowledge to the beer with modern appeal. The result is gorgeous, with clearly expressed flavors and heightened enjoyability. This is a citrus bomb with ample backbone that is not to be missed!

Thick two finger head, density results in very good retention, clean white foam, meager lacing. Fully opaque yellow orange apricot puree looking liquid. Super juicy nose of passion fruit, kiwi, pineapple, peach assisted by pink grapefruit and a firm malty backbone, something close to whipped cream, the underlying dankness blunted by the juiciness. Full-bodied, not as heavy as expected based off the nose. That said, the carbonation barely adds churn. Tangerine, tangelo citrus here, more bite in the fruit which shades pineapple, guava, passion fruit. A lowkey if consistent tarriness a welcome addition to the mix. Almost more minty than piney. That vanillin, whipped cream persists, like someone sunk a Nilla wafer in the glass. Every element I get from it aims to please, nothing to really ponder. Which is great for pounding, less so for sitting and sipping. (Canned 8/4/21)

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Tree House in Sandwich for about twenty dollars. My one hundred and seventy eighth brew from these guys. This is good, but does not stand out.

16oz can dated 8/4/21.
Pours cloudy yellow with an inch of white foam. Retention is decent with moderate lacing. Candied citrus in the nose with peach, pineapple, and tangerine. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Ripe tropicals on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Mango, melon, and orange. Finishes fairly dry with lingering juicy tropicals.

A - Opaque medium golden tan color and a ring of creamy lacing.
S - Vibrant, juicy sweet citrus with orange, and some stone fruit.
T - Citrus, subtle tangerine and lime, and light malt sweetness buried deep underneath. On the initial sip there's a little bit of alcohol that pokes through. Nice citrus resin sits on the palate after the sip.
M - Big medium to full body, pillowy soft, and a little chewy. Dry on the back of the tongue while the rest of the mouth waters.
O - Very solid and definitely worth checking out.
