Right Place is an oak-conditioned rendition of our Czech-style lager, Shipshape. Upon the conclusion of primary fermentation, it is transferred to horizontal oak for further maturation until the flavor profile exhibits peak balance and enjoyability. We taste straw, bready malts, noble hops, and mild lemon all softened by a gentle oak character throughout. Right Place is a stunner - enjoy!

I really liked this beer! The Treehouse family of lagers/pilsners have really improved over the past few years. Right Place is a great example of this improvement. I had this on draft at Charlton. I love pilsners that has a "bite" to them. This beer was crisp and clean. Overall a great beer! Seek this one out.

A- Pours with a brilliantly clear and golden yellow body and a sturdy, thick and creamy head. The white foam has extreme resilience and lacing forms with massive blankets coating nearly half of the glass.
S- Pilsner grain comes to mind first alongside yeast dough, cereal grains, moderately strong spicy/herbal hops and a touch of lemon. Lightest bit of that oaky vanilla sweetness here. Hints of grassiness.
T- Adding a moderate, spicy bitterness to what the aroma brought with a bit more hop presence here compared to sniffing on this one. Spicy, herbal, grassy and slightly floral hops open up for grainy, cereal and crackery malts. Tiny hint of oak again in the backdrop.
MF- Very puffy light bodied texture to the brew. The carbonation is fairly high and it finishes with a clean bitterness. On the drier side of things.
Perhaps just a bit too bitter to be ultimate crushing status but still a really nice Czech Lager with a clean ferment and a nice depth of hop and grain flavors.

This one pours a with a big fluffy head, and a golden clear body, and lots of lacing.
This tastes like straw, bready malt, spicy hops, and a bit of lemony hops.
I've had a handful of better TH lagers, but this one still hit the spot for me. It definitely seemed perhaps a little bit overcarbonated, but there's an excellent hop character, with a touch of herbal flavor and bready malts. I don't really get much of the oak influence.
This is light bodied, slightly creamy, and a bit bitter on the back end.
I very much appreciate Tree House's focus on making interesting lagers.

12 oz can.
Pours a clear golden straw color with a massive effervescent eggshell white head. The head has good retention. Leaves some splotchy lacing as the head dissipates. Gorgeous beer.
The aroma brings notes of hay, freshly cut grass, lemon zest, sweet dough, and spicy noble hops. The oak character is barely noticeable. Still, a good aroma for the style.
There's flavors of freshly baked bread, hay, lemon and lime zest, and a moderate noble hop presence on the finish. The oak is subtly present in the back. Very clean.
The feel is light bodied and crisp, but also goes down smooth. Very easy drinking beer.
Overall, I'd say this is a very good Czech pils. The oak is very subtle, but still adds a nice earthy character to the flavor. Tree House aren't known for their lagers, but they're certainly making an effort to change that.
