Lightly hazy with a nice golden color.
Smells like Belgian yeast, cracked pepper, toast, and lemons.
Taste follows. Lots of lemon and citrus. Toasted bread, and clove. Maybe a hint of honey.
Feel is medium-light bodied with good carb. Crisp and drinkable.
Overall, it’s a nice blonde ale. Nothing special but definitely drinkable and relatively true to the style.

This one pours a clear dirty straw yellow color, with a small white head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like water crackers, slight floral spice, breadiness, and straw.
This is very basic tasting, but that’s kind of the whole idea here. It’s well done, with a zesty floral bitterness, some crackery and bready malt, a touch of sweetness, and honey. It’s all well balanced.
This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and very drinkable.
In the Tree House lineup this would be certainly be seen as an afterthought, if it was even thought about at all, but it’s still well done.

Picked-up a four-pack of 12 oz. bottles at Tree House in Sandwich for about fifteen dollars. My two hundred and sixth brew from these guys. Not my favorite style, this is ok, but not worth $15 for 4 12 oz bottles.

No bottling date, but it’s a relatively new release so it’s no more than 2 weeks old
Alright, finally back at the Tree House game. Today was my first trip to their new location in Sandwich, and it was a great spot. I didn’t go in for a pour but I definitely will next time, but they had great choices to go. I got a weird mix of classic styles and new school stuff this time around and I’m excited to work through it all. Let’s see what this one’s all about
Pours a murky orange brown with 2 fingers of creamy off white head that fades to a cap and leaves decent lacing
The nose on this one is reminding me of a Witbier, with perhaps more of a fruit focus. I’m picking up on aromas of coriander, earthy wheat, fresh dough, lemon rind, honey, and peppery hops
It definitely tastes a bit brighter than the nose led me to believe and that’s definitely for the better since I’m not a huge fan of that Wit vibe. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting white pepper, orange rind, crackery malt, toasted grain, earthy hops, and lemon rind. The swallow sweetens up up a bit, bringing notes of sweet honey, toasted grain, coriander, bready malt, light toffee, and orange rind
A light medium body pairs with moderate fine carbonation, resulting in a crisp and full beer. Finishes neutral with a nice sweetness
This is a solid start of my next season of Tree House beers. It’s nice to see them try out the classic styles like this
