Bright Simcoe + Cascade is an American Double IPA crafted with two giants of brewing: Simcoe and Cascade! Crafted with a straightforward malt bill and fermented with American Ale yeast, it exhibits vibrant characteristics of citrus, stone fruit, and pine. It is dry, adequately bittered, and crisply carbonated. Bright Simcoe + Cascade is as refreshing and delicious of a double IPA as you could ask for! We hope you enjoy!

When the future of IPA is so bright, you've gotta wear haze. That's got TreeHouse brewers sitting pretty with their Bright base IPA and the bounty of Simcoe and Cascade hops that they have before them.

Bright, the Simcoe + Cascade version, hits the glass with a milky light gold appearance that seems to take the appearance of eggnog. As a patient froth pulls from the ale, a stark white pillow pushes a scent of tropcial, citrus, and herb out of the glass. Sweet in its early impressions, the suggestions of angel food cake, cereal and agave come to mind with a creamy vanilla-like smoothness.

As those hops blossom on the middle palate, a burst of pink and white grapefruits come with a tangy, branch-ripe orange flavor. With a tropical and estery fruitiness of mango, passionfruit, pineapple and pawpaw come together for a Hawaiian punch character, the beer's fruity flare is complete. A racy hop spice decorates the late palate with peppery resins for a sharp hemp, arugula and green tea finish.

Medium bodied and trending dry, the beer finishes on both bitter and sweet with a smooth hop bite and an extension of fruit peels, fresh spruce and gin-like botanicals. For a hazy beer, this session sure looks bright.
