16oz can dated 11/22/22.
Pours cloudy gold with two inches of rocky white froth. Plenty of tattered lacing and persistent retention. A sheer blast of tangerine zest in the nose with a hint of orange sherbet. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Bright orange zest on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Finishes with lingering tangerine.

L - glowing orb of milky orange that gradients to yellow at the bottom of the glass. White head as white as white whites. Decent retention but not much lacing.
S - lactose up front followed by soft satsuma citrus. Maybe a splash of lemon. Milk and cereal.
T - sweet tangerine oils wash over my tongue as milk sugars help to smooth out the noticeable bitterness vying for top spot. Creamy vanilla sweetness goes tit for tat with the citrusy pithiness. Fruit salad and tropical flavors. Finish is dry, icy tasting, and bitter. Oddly refreshing for a milkshake IPA.
F - creamy and smooth, as expected. Full and satisfying with velvety carb levels.
O - tastes delicious, but is perhaps a touch unbalanced. The vanilla and lactose are great flavors but would probably blend better with another citrus than tangerine. Still super tasty. I'm into it.

From a 16oz can dated 11/11/22. Truth in advertising! This NEIPA definitely screams tangerine, both on the nose and the palate. And a nice bitter finish. Very tasty.

Thanks @WunderLlama for sending this my way during NBS BIF#16!
Chalky light orange kind of like the colour of an orange creamcicle, but like if it was mixed with like the grey of concrete? That isn't a great descriptor, but it kind of is the best I can do? Decent finger of rocky white head. Settles down to just drifts in the corners. Some decent lacing, though honestly I expected more from the appearance of the foam.
Nose certainly delivers on the promise of tangerine and vanilla. It's doing nothing to dissuade me from the orange creamcicle comparisons.
Flavour does the same. Bitter from the citrus (both hops and adjuncts), and a lot of sweet from the vanilla as well. Bitter and sweet. Citrus and vanilla. I'll be honest... I'm not really into the overly sweet thing. I understand that's what's 'in' right now and that it works for a lot of folks, but it doesn't improve the beer for me. I get what they're going for, and all that it just doesn't appeal to me.
By about halfway through the glass the oily citrus hops gets a bit cloying, and the bitterness is the sharp green bitterness of underripe oranges rather than the pithy bitterness more traditional to citrus-forward IPAs.
Sticky with a medium sized body and a bit of that chalky character that is often imparted with dry hopping.

This review isn't going to be fair. I hated the beer, couldn't drink more than a few sips. Hope my wife will drink it, or else there goes $12 or whatever for the 2 I bought yesterday at Deerfield. That said, it is kinda like they said it'd be. No suds, strong vanilla smell, looks orange, and tastes like a bitter creamsicle. Yuck. I give it a 2 because the can gave me enough info that I should've known better (hey, I was curious). Just fortunate I have a can of GGGreennn! to wash the taste out. Can't say they didn't do what they were trying to do, just that it didn't work for me.

Orange haze bomb liquid with a two finger soapy, frothy white foam cap, good retention that lasts over five minutes. Settles to a rocky, craggy one finger cap, a curtain covers the glass after each sip
Smells like an orange creamsicle, tangerine creamsicle, vanilla
Starts off slightly sweet like an orange creamsicle, tangerine, vanilla
Low sudsing , smooth, gentle hop nibble on the finish,
Good beer

16oz can at share. pours out a hazy orange golden, small white head. Aroma is strong oranges and citrus, vanilla. Taste also comes in with huge orange flavors, sweet vanilla, very juicy. Really pulls together the creamsicle vibe.
